Reflection
Education that is surrounded by technology can be challenging. Technology pulls at students in all different ways, be it social media, YouTube, or pod casts. Creating a creative and engaging learning environment for online students is more challenging than ever. Keeping students engaged in familiar ways will keep your course work new and exciting to them.
Learning Styles - I created a presentation that highlighted the different learning styles of students. By knowing and understanding how students learn allows instructors to created a course that will cater to everyone in some way.
Digital Newsletter - Out with paper copies and in with digital copies. Providing digital newsletters allows more people to see and understand what is going on in your class, club or community. We no longer need to rely on getting information to everyone by physically being there to hand out information. Digital information is much easier to distribute to students and the community. We know we are reaching a large amount of people with just a few clicks. Society is familiar with this method and it is expected that they will find information this way. I created a digital newsletter to showcase what I had going on in my school library.
Model Theory Comparison - Proper research will never steer you in the wrong direction. This comparison paper was an effort to enlighten instructional designers with three significant views on learning theories. These theories included behavioral, cognitive and constructivist. These theories offer organized practicalities for leading and planning instructional design activities and lessons.

Future Learning Goals
I am excited to learn new ways to teach the old stuff in ways that have never been seen before. To test the knowledge of students in ways they don't know they are being tested. I want to keep learning through technology new and exciting.
